Clause 1

Age and Identity Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any part of the pkluk Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you are not registering on behalf of or for the benefit of any other person. pkluk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity (KYC documents including National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence) at any point. Where age or identity verification fails or is not completed within the period specified by pkluk, the account may be suspended and all pending withdrawals held pending satisfactory verification.

Clause 2

One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pkluk. Registering or operating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods or devices, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, pkluk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any funds associated with accounts opened in breach of this rule. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact support immediately.

Clause 3

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. All activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account, you must notify pkluk support immediately. pkluk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a password that is unique to your pkluk account and not used on any other website or service.

Clause 4

Accepted Payment Methods and Minimum Deposit

pkluk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. pkluk does not charge processing fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Transactions via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to fees levied by your card issuer; these fees are outside pkluk's control. All deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Clause 5

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification (NID, passport, or equivalent government-issued document) will have withdrawal requests held until verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pkluk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the account balance has increased significantly or where unusual transaction patterns are observed. Withdrawal processing times are typically same-day during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours for verified accounts.

Clause 6

Dormant Accounts and Inactivity

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pkluk will attempt to contact the registered user before classifying an account as dormant. A dormant account may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as detailed in the fee schedule published on the Platform, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user. To reactivate a dormant account, log in and verify your identity as prompted.

Clause 7

Bonus Eligibility and Wagering Requirements

Bonuses and free spins offered by pkluk are subject to wagering requirements stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to the original deposit, unless explicitly combined in the promotion terms. pkluk reserves the right to alter or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that existing bonus balances already accepted by users are not retroactively subject to changed wagering requirements without reasonable notice.

Clause 8

Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Activity

Attempting to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies that effectively guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (also known as bonus arbitrage), or colluding with other players — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and any associated winnings. Where fraud is suspected, pkluk may freeze the relevant account pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, pkluk reserves the right to close the account, void all transactions, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Clause 9

Promotion Validity and Expiry

All promotions have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and free spins not claimed or used within the stated validity window will expire automatically without replacement or compensation. pkluk is under no obligation to remind users of approaching promotion deadlines. Users are responsible for reviewing the specific terms of any promotion they accept, including expiry dates, eligible games, and wagering contribution rates, which vary by game type.

Clause 10

Age Restriction and Self-Exclusion

pkluk is strictly an adults-only platform. Users under 21 years of age are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform in any capacity. pkluk operates self-exclusion tools that allow users to voluntarily restrict their own access for a defined period (ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion). Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Clause 11

Deposit Limits and Session Controls

pkluk provides deposit limit tools that allow users to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days to prevent impulsive decisions. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Session time reminders and reality-check notifications are also available in account settings. pkluk encourages all users to make active use of these tools to maintain a healthy and enjoyable relationship with gaming.

Clause 12

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkluk Platform: (a) using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner; (b) exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities — any winnings obtained through a known or suspected software error are void and must be returned; (c) engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful gameplay; (d) using the Platform to facilitate any illegal transaction; (e) harassing, threatening or abusing pkluk staff or other users. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
